Spay Day Reporting Form: Educational Event (international)

Please report the results of your Spay Day educational event to us in order to be eligible to share in funds received from the Spay Day Online Photo Contest. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: March 16, 2010

*4.	Question - Required - Please state approximately how many people you educated about spay/neuter during your spay/neuter event(s)
5.	Question - Not Required - If applicable, please state how much money you raised for spay/neuter during your spay/neuter event(s) (please state amount and currency). Note: This is just for our records and will not affect your funding.
6.	Question - Not Required - Did your government issue a "Spay Day Resolution" (i.e. any kind of resolution or law) as part of your educational event? If yes, please mention what level of government (local, regional, national, etc.).
