Speak Up for Chimpanzees

Dear Friend,

Chimpanzees in laboratories need a voice -- your voice! Join thousands of concerned animal lovers across the country during the National Call-In Days for Chimpanzees in Laboratories (Tues., Nov. 29 - Thurs., Dec. 1). Please take a few moments to call your members of Congress and ask them to help chimpanzees by co-sponsoring the Great Ape Protection and Cost Savings Act.

This bill would phase out harmful research on chimpanzees, retire government-owned chimpanzees to sanctuary, and end the breeding of chimpanzees for invasive experiments. This legislation will also save taxpayers approximately $300 million over 10 years.

Don’t wait to help chimpanzees in laboratories -- make your calls now!
