"The Bond" is on Best-seller Lists

Dear Friend,

People all across America are picking up "The Bond: Our Kinship With Animals, Our Call to Defend Them" and from what I can tell, they’re reading the book and embracing it. I'm so pleased.

I got word yesterday that sales from the book’s first week have landed it on the New York Times and other best-seller lists. Those results will be published next weekend, and I hope will further advance this national conversation about animal protection.

I'm on a 50-city book tour, and here’s a Skype message I’ve recorded for you with our Humane Society of the United States team in Washington, DC.
