Dover, DE: Humane Lobby Day 2013 - March 21 Briggs Biggs Museum of American Art
The Humane Society of the United States invites our members and supporters to participate in the Delaware Humane Lobby Day in Dover to help make a tremendous difference for animals.
This is an exciting opportunity to meet directly with your elected officials and their staff about legislation that will significantly impact animals. There will be a briefing with tips for lobbying, and an overview of pending animal legislation which will prepare you to meet your elected officials and advocate for animals.
Legislators are most motivated when their constituents make time to meet with them face to face. By attending Humane Lobby Day 2013, you can be instrumental in helping to end the cruel practice of shark finning, protecting companion animals and wildlife from abuse, and urging humane votes by our legislators.
RSVP today to lend your voice for animals and make a difference in Delaware! Contact Delaware State Director Hetti Brown if you have additional questions.
Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Address: Briggs Biggs Museum of American Art 406 Federal Street Dover, DE 19901
