Our presentation will share tips for effective animal advocacy and include a discussion of current animal welfare issues being considered at the South Carolina legislature. Special guest speaker, Representative Bill Taylor, will be present to discuss his animal cruelty bill, which is being considered by the South Carolina state legislature.
