Interested in sharpening your skills to help pass animal protection legislation? You don't have to be a professional lobbyist to be an important part of the legislative process.
The Humane Society of the United States invites our members, supporters, and other animal advocates to a special Lobby 101 seminar. Our presentation will share tips for effective animal advocacy and include a discussion of current animal welfare issues being considered at the South Carolina legislature. If you're concerned with puppy mills, animal fighting, or generally creating a more compassionate South Carolina, please attend this free meeting, and find out what you can do to help. Together, we can be a strong, unified voice!
RSVP today to become a successful citizen lobbyist and begin making a difference for animals in South Carolina! Contact Kim Kelly at kkelly@humanesociety.org if you have additional questions.
