The Humane Society of the United States invites our members, supporters and other animal advocates to a special Lobby 101 seminar. Our presentation will cover everything you need to be an effective citizen advocate for animals. We'll show you basic, but effective, lobby techniques. You'll learn how a bill becomes a law, what influences a legislator, and what animal-related bills and issues are being considered by the Arizona legislature—and what you can do to help.
