Concord, NH: Grassroots for Animals - October 25, 2013 UNH Law School
We are using our democracy to build a more compassionate New Hampshire -- and democracy is not a spectator sport. Get off of the bleachers and join the team!
The Humane Society of the United States and the ASPCA invite our members and supporters to discuss animal protection bills for the upcoming 2014 legislative session.
Why is your participation essential? You are powerful! You can help us defend current protections for farm animals, for example, which are being challenged this session with a dangerous bill that would stop undercover investigators and whistle-blowing employees from reporting a pattern of animal cruelty.
At this event, you'll be joined by animal lovers in your community to learn about the power you have as a citizen to protect animals. Even if you've been to one of our grassroots events before, join us again to welcome new animal advocates, stay up-to-date, and refresh your advocacy skills. Contact Alexis Fox at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Address: UNH Law School - Room 200 2 White Street Concord, NH 03301 United States
