Dallas, TX: Lobby 101 event - January 5, 2013
SPCA of Texas

The Humane Society of the United States and the Texas Humane Legislation Network invite our members, supporters, and other animal advocates to join us and our friends at the SPCA of Texas to discuss current issues and learn what you can do to advance the cause of animal protection in Texas.

Katie Jarl, Texas state director for The HSUS and Shelby Bobosky, Legislative Director for THLN, will share tips for effective citizen advocacy and talk about upcoming legislative efforts for the 2013 session. If you are concerned about animal welfare and creating a more compassionate Texas, you should attend this informative and motivational meeting to learn how you can help.

Texas animals need you to speak up for them! Together, we can be a strong unified voice for the animals and we want to hear from you. Please join us and share your concerns and ideas for a more humane community.

RSVP today to lend your voice for animals in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and across the state. Contact Katie Jarl at kjarl@humanesociety.org if you have additional questions.
