Wichita, KS: Advocacy for Animals - July 18, 2014
Kansas Humane Society

You can do something for animals. Join your Humane Society of the United States Kansas state director and other supporters to discuss current issues and learn what you can do for animals in Kansas.

Our presentation will cover everything you need to be an effective citizen advocate for animals. We'll discuss the roles of citizens in changing animal welfare laws in our state. You'll learn how a bill becomes a law, what influences a legislator, what animal-related bills and issues are being considered by the Kansas legislature, and what you can do to get them passed!

RSVP today to lend your voice for animals in Kansas and beyond. Contact Midge Grinstead at mgrinstead@humanesociety.org if you have additional questions.
